The first electrical training centre of its kind in Cyprus, Thomas-Faraday Training Ltd was established as part of our international expansion and growth. The centre operates as a regional training centre providing high quality electrical training programmes not only to Cyprus but also covers Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Approximately 600 square metres training centre fully equipped with a wide range of electrical practical training equipment set up to conduct electrical training. The courses are designed to encourage candidates’ active participation in course sessions, exercises and other interaction with instructor and fellow participants. The courses will provide both theoretical and practical instructions in safe training environment.

Located in Limassol, Cyprus, Thomas-Faraday Training provides a range of electrical courses practical hands-on from basic through to advanced levels. Various courses are accredited/certified by City & Guilds and EAL (EMTA Awards Ltd), including:

• IEE 16th / 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations
• Portable Appliance Testing
• Safe high voltage / low voltage switching applicable to land based systems and marine / offshore
• Electrical protection
• Electrical pressure testing, earth electrode testing and transformer testing
• Maintenance of electrical switchgear
• Electrical safety procedures: Authorisation / Isolation / Earthing / Electrical Permit to Work

The course delivery will provide frequent opportunities for participants to reflect on what they are learning and how they will use their new knowledge and skills on the job.

Assessments and examinations (where applicable) will be carried to evaluate participants’ knowledge and skills on the subject of training. Also to measure participants progress and determine level of achieving the course objectives.
