Electrical Protection Courses
This is an advanced training programme that requires a good foundation of electrical knowledge. The course covers electrical protection in great depth and involves a number of practical exercises and demonstrations combined with classroom theory. A wide range of protective devices are used during the course including mechanical, electromechanical and microprocessor based relays.
The P2 course is intended to give personnel an introductory insight into the protective apparatus that would be fitted to high voltage switchgear connected to feeders, transformers, motors and generators in industrial, commercial and marine installations.
